RULES FOR EXHIBITORS
1 Entry Fee 5Op per class. Under 16s free.
2 No exhibitor to enter more than one Exhibit in any one class.
3 As this is our first attempt at organising this type of event this year we will only be awarding 1st 2nd and 3rd certificates and prizes. There will be no trophies.
4 All classes open to residents in the TR26 postal area.
5 All entry forms and fees to be sent to Pat Spencer 5 Belmont Tce St Ives by 7th July at the latest.
6 All entries to be brought to St Johns in the Fields between 7pm and 9pm on Friday 13th July, or between 8am and 10am on Saturday14th July. Church to be cleared at 10am prompt for judging.
7 All entries in sections 1 and 2 must have been grown by the exhibitor within the boundaries of the show area.
8 All entries in sections 4 and 5 must have been produced by the exhibitor within the last three years.
9 All items in the auction will be clearly marked.
10 All reasonable care will be taken of exhibits, but the committee will not be responsible for loss or accidents.
11 The show will open to the public at 11 .3Oam. Prize giving at 2pm. Results of the silent auction at 3pm.
12 The decision of the Judges shall in all cases be final.
The intention of the committee is that this should be a fun filled community day.
Whilst the judges will obviously take their roles seriously and award prizes by merit, we would appreciate it if all exhibitors would enter into the spirit of the day- a community fun day.
